Technical Program Manager
Location: Rockledge, FL
Lyn Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager at our Rockledge, Florida office.
The candidate will manage the program planning and day-to-day activities for radar maintenance and sustainment projects. Program scope includes radar system design, development, maintenance, cyber, and operational readiness. Preferred candidates will both manage and execute existing programs while pursuing new opportunities to further expand the Lyn Aerospace portfolio.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Developing estimate-to-complete (ETC) and at-complete (EAC) resource, hardware, and travel cost projections, and applying adjustment strategies to execute within budgeted plan.

Managing a cross functional engineering team to execute to the statement of work performance requirements and time and budget commitments in place for each effort.

Leading all project related planning, and design and review meetings to include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly teleconferences with the integrated product team (IPT).

Developing detailed project plans mapped to single or several master integrated schedules to track and monitor concurrent activities across multiple projects, and on a regular basis reviewing with customers, leadership, and staff members.

Managing changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification and reporting techniques.

Managing prime contractor, government, and internal stakeholder expectations throughout the project cycle.

Developing and maintaining risk management strategies that identify, track, and mitigate cost, technical performance, schedule, and scope growth margins.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master of Science in Management, Engineering, Physics, Math, or relevant discipline tying to radar technology and project management.

10+ years of experience managing complex DoD technical projects and working with Government Civilian customers and large prime Government Contractor organizations.

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance. Dual citizenship not accepted.
Preferred Experience/Requirements

Graduate degree in a radar relevant technical field, MSc or PhD.

DoD programmatic or leadership position experience.

PMP Certification.

Instrumentation Radar range engineering or programmatic experience.
